Build a life that supports your healing, without cancer calling the shots

Cancer treatment might be over, but your story, and your health, are still unfolding.

If you’re like most survivors, you look forward to the last day of treatment, expecting relief...

But then comes the letdown. You don’t feel quite “right” yet. The support team disappears, and suddenly, the world expects you to just move on. Friends and family think it’s over, but for you, cancer still lingers in your mind—and in your every decision.

You might wonder what, if anything, you should be doing differently to protect your body now. Maybe you worry about recurrence, but you’re tired of living in anxiety. You want guidance that’s realistic, evidence-based, and doable—not a new set of rules to stress about.

That’s why I created Cancer Prevention Path.

If you’ve ever thought…

  • “I wish I knew exactly what would help me feel better after treatment.”

  • “Why does everyone act like I’m fine now? I still feel lost—and anxious.”

  • “I want to lower my risk of cancer coming back, but I don’t want to obsess over it.”

  • “All the support disappeared the minute I rang the bell. Now what?”

…then you’re exactly who I built this program for.

Introducing…

Cancer Prevention Path

a 6-week group program for cancer survivors

This isn’t just another generic nutrition program. Cancer Prevention Path is designed for people like you—survivors who want clarity, reassurance, and a plan for living well after cancer, not just “surviving.” Together, we’ll focus on what you can control, without letting cancer define you.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Weekly 1-hour group video calls with expert guidance and real-time answers to your questions.

  • Group community support so you never feel like you’re doing this alone. This is a safe, confidential group where every question is welcome and your experience is respected.

  • Cancer survivor’s recipe collection to inspire you and make meal times easier.

  • Two live group yoga classes (no experience needed, just a willingness to show up as you are).

Over six weeks, we’ll break down the actual pillars of cancer risk reduction into practical, manageable habits.

You’ll finally get clarity on what matters (and what doesn’t), so you can let go of anxiety and build a lifestyle you trust.

Here’s a taste of what we’ll cover together:

  • Nutrition foundations that evolve with you—and the truth about what really supports your body after cancer.

  • Why plant-based eating is powerful for prevention (and how to make it delicious, not restrictive).

  • Clearing up the most common cancer nutrition myths (no more guessing or “trendy” advice).

  • How movement, sleep, and stress management actually move the needle on cancer risk—plus simple ways to make them part of your routine.

  • Meal planning made easy, for real life—not for perfection.

  • Understanding the weight-cancer connection, and building gentle, supportive habits for a strong, confident you.

No more feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or stuck with food fear. Instead, you’ll experience real guidance that fits your life—and support that never makes you feel like you have to face this alone.

How to join the Cancer Prevention Path group program

Cancer Prevention Path runs each Spring and Fall. Enrollment is limited to keep the group small, safe, and supportive. You can pay in full ($899) or split it into two payments of $459.

  • The Cancer Prevention Program provided the support, information and accountability I have been needing. It can be a bit overwhelming to figure out what and when to eat the best things to prevent the Cancer from reoccurring. I also appreciated the breakdown of other contributing factors, especially exercise, and got the help and motivation I wanted to get a plan in place. Angie truly gave a well rounded, well thought out , program to support Mind, Body and Spirit.

  • Being coached by Angie has been so motivating. She breaks things down into bitesize pieces that you can handle each week. The Chat provides follow-up and she is there all the time for you. She is such an encourager and really cares about you and your journey with cancer. I had trouble cooking a meal because I was so exhausted when I thought about it.She helped me come up with so many tips, that I can actually eat good meals now. I would highly recommend you work with her if you are in any part of your journey with cancer. She can help!
