I’m Angie, your cancer nutrition expert.

Cancer upended your life, and the last thing you need is another mountain of “don’t eat this” rules or scary stories from Google.

If you’re here, you’re already doing the hard work—showing up, looking for answers, and wanting to actually feel better, not just check the boxes.

But right now, the world of cancer nutrition feels like a minefield. “Sugar feeds cancer! Keto starves it! Supplements fix everything!”

You’re bombarded with advice, guilt, and endless lists of foods to avoid.

And somewhere along the way, eating—something that’s supposed to nourish and comfort—starts feeling more like a threat than a tool. That’s where I come in.

Hi, I’m Angie!

Cancer Nutrition Dietitian, board-certified specialist in oncology nutrition, yoga nerd, marine life enthusiast, and your no-BS guide to fueling your body and mind through cancer and beyond.

Here’s what I believe, and what I’ll help you live out:

  • Food should help you live your life—not leave you hungry, anxious, or isolated.

  • You deserve a plan that fits your body, your taste buds, and your energy—not someone else’s.

  • Healing happens best when you feel supported, heard, and empowered—not scolded, restricted, or overwhelmed.

I do this work because I’ve seen too many survivors left to navigate recovery alone—confused, overwhelmed, and missing the support they deserve.

I believe everyone deserves real answers and real hope, not just a list of rules.

My Credentials:

Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics

Dietetic Internship at University of Kansas Medical Center

Master of Science in Dietetics & Nutrition

Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition

Yoga Alliance RYT 200

What working with us feels like

  • No more panicked Googling at 2 a.m. (We’ll give you the answers that actually matter, minus the fear).

  • Zero food guilt - yes, even if all you want is a cinnamon roll on treatment days.

  • Honest support for the whole you - body, mind, and spirit. (We’ll talk about stress, sleep, movement, even yoga philosophy if that’s your thing - science-backed, zero woo-woo required.)

  • Practical, nurturing guidance - so you can handle side effects, recover faster, and finally feel like yourself again.

We’ve seen how easy it is for cancer survivors to lose themselves in shame and shoulds. But here’s what we know:

You didn’t cause your cancer. You’re not broken. And you don’t have to do this alone.

A few fun facts (because you’re more than a diagnosis, and so am I)

  • I’m a yoga convert—once a skeptic, now a teacher who loves the science as much as the stretch.

  • I know far too many whale facts and will happily challenge you to marine trivia.

  • Travel is my love language, but I almost never go to the same place twice.

  • I’m “crunchy,” but only when it makes sense—think clean products and whole-body wellness, never at the expense of real research.
